What Farely is

Farely is a budget-first travel search engine: you give it a total budget, trip length and starting city, and it ranks real destinations where the flight and the hotel both fit. It is a discovery and comparison tool — not a travel agency, not a booking site, and not a party to any booking you make.

Prices are estimates

Every price on Farely is drawn from cached market data and labelled with its source and age. Fares and room rates change continuously: the number you see here is a well-sourced estimate, not a quote or an offer. The price you find on the partner site is the only one that matters. Always verify before booking.

Bookings happen elsewhere

When you click a flight or hotel button, you leave Farely and contract directly with the airline, OTA or hotel provider. Their terms, cancellations, refunds and support apply — Farely has no control over and takes no responsibility for those transactions.

Affiliate commission

Some outbound links carry our affiliate marker and may earn Farely a commission if you book. This costs you nothing extra and, by product rule, never affects ranking order — see Privacy for the full disclosure.

No warranty

Farely is provided as a free beta, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard on data accuracy but do not guarantee that results are complete, current, or fit for a particular trip. Use it to shortlist destinations — then verify everything yourself.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farely is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service — including decisions made on the basis of displayed prices, missed fares, or bookings made on third-party sites.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to break the service or its data sources. Do not republish our cached price data commercially. We may rate-limit or block traffic that harms the service for everyone else.

Your account

You are responsible for your credentials. You can delete your account and data at any time from the account page; deletion is final.

Changes

The service is a beta and will evolve; these terms may be updated with a new date on this page. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
